The year one and two syndicates had a cultural sharing day here at Papatoetoe North School on Thursday the 26th of March. The children met out on the courts, and what a sea of colour! They looked so beautiful in their cultural clothing. We had a parade and room 13 performed a Tongan dance for us! Then we danced to cultural music before returning to our classroom for a shared lunch. This day was a great reminder that although we are all different, we belong together.
